Organic Greens, shallots, sweet peppers, tomatoes and caramelized nuts. Champaign-mango vinaigrette.

Beef on Zucchini napoleon.

Grilles beef sirloin set on grilled zucchini and oven dried tomato napoleons. Finished with Soya-ginger-coriander glaze.

Chicken on deuced.

Grilled marinated chicken breast set on vegetable deuced. Finished with mango-chili glaze.

Atlantic Herring.

Schmaltz herring set on marinated red onions and topped with red wine vinaigrette. Accompanied by olives, lemon and capers.

Grilled lamb on Eggplant tian.

Grilled Lamb set on tian of grilled eggplant, walnut-garlic spread and fire roasted peppers. Finished with Balsamic reduction.

Lox stuffed with Gravlax filling.

Smoked Salmon lox stuffed with a cream cheese, scallion and Gravlax filling. Garnished with lemon and capers.

Pork tenderloin on Mushroom.

Grilled marinated Pork tenderloin set on a mushroom filled with shallot aioli and finished with balsamic vinaigrette.
